Getting Started

This integration creates a workflow with a SupportBee trigger and Team Up action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

Trigger Authentication

SupportBee uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your SupportBee account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to SupportBee APIs in both code and no-code steps.

  • To retrieve your API token, sign in to your SupportBee account and navigate to Profile > API Token.
  • Your domain is 1234 if your SupportBeeURL is https://1234.supportbee.com/
