Details

This integration uses pre-built, source-available components from Pipedream's GitHub repo. These components are developed by Pipedream and the community, and verified and maintained by Pipedream.

To contribute an update to an existing component or create a new component, create a PR on GitHub. If you're new to Pipedream component development, you can start with quickstarts for trigger span and action development, and then review the component API reference.

Trigger

Description:Emit new event when an existing event in WaiverFile is edited. [See the documentation](https://api.waiverfile.com/swagger/ui/index#!/Subscription/Subscription_editevent)

WaiverFile Overview

With the WaiverFile API, you can automate interactions with your WaiverFile account directly from Pipedream. This API provides access to manage and retrieve waivers, customer data, and events, allowing you to integrate WaiverFile with other services for streamlined workflows. You could automate the sending of waiver links, synchronize signed waivers with a database, or trigger actions based on waiver completions. The flexibility of the WaiverFile API means you can create powerful automations tailored to your business needs on Pipedream's serverless platform.

import common from "../common/base-webhook.mjs";
import sampleEmit from "./test-event.mjs";

export default {
  ...common,
  key: "waiverfile-edit-event-instant",

        summary: `Updated Event ${body.WaiverEventID}`,
        ts,
      };
    },
  },
  sampleEmit,
};

Trigger Configuration

This component may be configured based on the props defined in the component code. Pipedream automatically prompts for input values in the UI and CLI.
LabelPropTypeDescription
WaiverFilewaiverfileappThis component uses the WaiverFile app.
N/Ahttp$.interface.httpThis component uses $.interface.http to generate a unique URL when the component is first instantiated. Each request to the URL will trigger the run() method of the component.
N/Adb$.service.dbThis component uses $.service.db to maintain state between executions.

Trigger Authentication

WaiverFile uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your WaiverFile account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to WaiverFile APIs in both code and no-code steps.

To retrieve your Site ID and Key,

  • Navigate to your WaiverFile account and sign in
  • Go to “Settings” > “API”

About WaiverFile

WaiverFile lets your customers sign their release waivers from a computer, tablet or mobile device. From your website or at a kiosk, completing the forms is quick and easy.
