Getting Started

This integration creates a workflow with a Mojo Helpdesk trigger and Status Hero action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

Trigger Authentication

Mojo Helpdesk uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Mojo Helpdesk account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Mojo Helpdesk APIs in both code and no-code steps.

The Mojo Helpdesk API requires an access key that is found in the Mojo Helpdesk user profile.
