This integration creates a workflow with a Typeform trigger and Digital Ocean action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

  1. Select this integration
  2. Configure the New Submission trigger
    1. Connect your Typeform account
    2. Select a Form
  3. Configure the Create a new domain action
    1. Connect your Digital Ocean account
    2. Configure Name
    3. Configure Ip address
  4. Deploy the workflow
  5. Send a test event to validate your setup
  6. Turn on the trigger

Details

This integration uses pre-built, source-available components from Pipedream's GitHub repo. These components are developed by Pipedream and the community, and verified and maintained by Pipedream.

To contribute an update to an existing component or create a new component, create a PR on GitHub. If you're new to Pipedream component development, you can start with quickstarts for trigger span and action development, and then review the component API reference.

Typeform Overview

With the Typeform API, you can easily create beautiful, interactive forms that
allow people to share their information with you in an engaging way. Here are
some examples of what you can build with the Typeform API:

  • A contact form for your website that allows people to easily get in touch
    with you
  • An order form for your product or service that allows people to place orders
    easily and securely
  • A survey form that allows you to collect data and feedback from people
  • A registration form for your event or conference that allows people to sign
    up easily and securely

Trigger Authentication

Typeform uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Typeform account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Typeform and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Typeform API.

Pipedream requests the following authorization scopes when you connect your account:

Digital Ocean Overview

You can use the Digital Ocean API to manage Droplets (virtual private servers),
resources within those Droplets, and other account-wide resources like domains
and images.

Examples of what you can build using the Digital Ocean API include:

  • A script to create and destroy Droplets on demand
  • A script to snapshot (back up) your Droplets on a regular basis
  • A script to add and remove SSH keys from your account
  • A script to manage domain records (DNS)
  • A script to add and remove Floating IPs from your account
