Getting Started

This integration creates a workflow with a JustCall trigger and Salesforce action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

JustCall Overview

The JustCall API allows for the automation and integration of telephony services into diverse workflows, enabling users to effectively manage calls and SMS within their business processes. By leveraging Pipedream's capabilities, one can create custom event-driven automation that responds to various triggers from JustCall, such as incoming/outgoing call events or new SMS messages, and connects them with over 300+ apps available on the Pipedream platform. Trigger Authentication

JustCall uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your JustCall account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to JustCall APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Sign in to your JustCall account, and click on your profile icon in the top-right hand side of the page.

Click "Settings" >> "Developers" and copy your API Key and API Secret below.

Action Authentication

Salesforce uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Salesforce account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Salesforce and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Salesforce API.
