Trigger Authentication#

HR Cloud uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your HR Cloud account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to HR Cloud APIs in both code and no-code steps.

To retrieve your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret,

Navigate to your HR Cloud account and sign in
Go to “Settings” > “Service Accounts”
Copy your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from the Service Account list
Note: Make sure your Service Account status is set to active.

Action Authentication#

Jira uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Jira account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Jira and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Jira API.
