Details

This integration uses pre-built, source-available components from Pipedream's GitHub repo. These components are developed by Pipedream and the community, and verified and maintained by Pipedream.

To contribute an update to an existing component or create a new component, create a PR on GitHub. If you're new to Pipedream component development, you can start with quickstarts for trigger span and action development, and then review the component API reference.

MySQL Overview

The MySQL application on Pipedream enables direct interaction with your MySQL databases, allowing you to perform CRUD operations—create, read, update, delete—on your data with ease. You can leverage these capabilities to automate data synchronization, report generation, and event-based triggers that kick off workflows in other apps. With Pipedream's serverless platform, you can connect MySQL to hundreds of other services without managing infrastructure, crafting complex code, or handling authentication.

This is the list of values that will match every ? symbol in the where expression. If you want to build yourself the values (eg. {{["string1", "string2"]}})

Trigger Authentication

MySQL uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your MySQL account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to MySQL APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Connecting to Restricted Databases

Either enable the shared static IP for this account below, or configure a VPC to deploy any workflow in your workspace to a private network with a dedicated static IP. Learn more in our docs

SSL Setup

Configure SSL on your MySQL database by providing the CA (Certificate Authority), and choosing between Full Verification, Verify Certificate Authority (CA), or Skip Verification. Skipping verification is not recommended as this has serious security implications

About MySQL

MySQL is an open-source relational database management system.

Twilio SendGrid Overview

The Twilio SendGrid API opens up a world of possibilities for email automation, enabling you to send emails efficiently and track their performance. With this API, you can programmatically create and send personalized email campaigns, manage contacts, and parse inbound emails for data extraction. When you harness the power of Pipedream, you can connect SendGrid to hundreds of other apps to automate workflows, such as triggering email notifications based on specific actions, syncing email stats with your analytics, or handling incoming emails to create tasks or tickets.

Action Configuration

This component may be configured based on the props defined in the component code. Pipedream automatically prompts for input values in the UI.

LabelPropTypeDescription
Twilio SendGridsendgridappThis component uses the Twilio SendGrid app.
Personalizationspersonalizationsstring

An array of messages and their metadata. Each object within personalizations can be thought of as an envelope - it defines who should receive an individual message and how that message should be handled. See our Personalizations documentation for details. maxItems: 1000. Example: [{to:[{email:"email@email.com",name:"Example"}],subject:"Mail Personalization Sample"}]

Recipient EmailstoEmailsstring[]

The intended recipients' email addresses. Will be ignored if personalizations prop is used.

From EmailfromEmailstringSelect a value from the drop down menu.
From NamefromNamestring

A name or title associated with the sending email address

Dynamic Template DatadynamicTemplateDataobject

Dynamic template data is available using Handlebars syntax in Dynamic Transactional Templates. This field should be used in combination with a Dynamic Transactional Template, which can be identified by a template_id starting with d-. This field is a collection of key/value pairs following the pattern "variable_name":"value to insert"

Template IDtemplateIdstringSelect a value from the drop down menu.
Reply To EmailreplyToEmailstring

The email address where any replies or bounces will be returned

Reply To NamereplyToNamestring

A name or title associated with the replyToEmail address

Subjectsubjectstring

The global or message level subject of your email. This may be overridden by subject lines set -in personalizations.

Contentcontentstring

Content of the email in text/html

Headersheadersobject

An object containing key/value pairs of header names and the value to substitute for them. The key/value pairs must be strings. You must ensure these are properly encoded if they contain unicode characters. These headers cannot be one of the reserved headers.

Categoriescategoriesstring[]

A string array of category names for this message. Each category name may not exceed 255 characters. Example: ["category1","category2"]

Custom ArgscustomArgsstring

Values that are specific to the entire send that will be carried along with the email and its activity data. Key/value pairs must be strings. Substitutions will not be made on custom arguments, so any string that is entered into this parameter will be assumed to be the custom argument that you would like to be used. This parameter is overridden by custom_args set at the personalizations level. Total custom_args size may not exceed 10,000 bytes.

Send AtsendAtinteger

An ISO 8601 formatted date-time (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ) allowing you to specify when you want your email to be delivered. This may be overridden by the send_at parameter set at the personalizations level. Delivery cannot be scheduled more than 72 hours in advance. If you have the flexibility, it's better to schedule mail for off-peak times. Most emails are scheduled and sent at the top of the hour or half hour. Scheduling email to avoid peak times — for example, scheduling at 10:53 — can result in lower deferral rates due to the reduced traffic during off-peak times.

ASMasmobject

Advanced Suppression Manager. An object allowing you to specify how to handle unsubscribes

ASM Group IDasmGroupIdintegerSelect a value from the drop down menu.
ASM Groups to DisplayasmGroupsToDisplayinteger[]Select a value from the drop down menu.
IP Pool NameipPoolNamestring

The IP Pool that you would like to send this email from

Mail SettingsmailSettingsobject

A collection of different mail settings that you can use to specify how you would like this email to be handled

Tracking SettingstrackingSettingsobject

Settings to determine how you would like to track the metrics of how your recipients interact with your email

Number Of AttachmentsnumberOfAttachmentsinteger

The number of attachments to be sent with the email.

Action Authentication

Twilio SendGrid uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Twilio SendGrid account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Twilio SendGrid APIs in both code and no-code steps.

About Twilio SendGrid

Send marketing and transactional email through the Twilio SendGrid platform with the Email API, proprietary mail transfer agent, and infrastructure for scalable delivery.
