Details

This integration uses pre-built, source-available components from Pipedream's GitHub repo. These components are developed by Pipedream and the community, and verified and maintained by Pipedream.

To contribute an update to an existing component or create a new component, create a PR on GitHub. If you're new to Pipedream component development, you can start with quickstarts for trigger span and action development, and then review the component API reference.

Trigger

Description:Emit new an event when a new document is added to a collection
Version:0.0.9
Key:mongodb-new-document

MongoDB Overview

The MongoDB API provides powerful capabilities to interact with a MongoDB database, allowing you to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations, manage databases, and execute sophisticated queries. With Pipedream, you can harness these abilities to automate tasks, sync data across various apps, and react to events in real-time. It’s a combo that’s particularly potent for managing data workflows, syncing application states, or triggering actions based on changes to your data.

CollectioncollectionstringSelect a value from the drop down menu.
Timestamp FieldtimestampFieldstring

The key of a timestamp field, such as 'created_at' that is set to the current timestamp when a document is created. Must be of type Timestamp.

Trigger Authentication

MongoDB uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your MongoDB account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to MongoDB APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Before you connect to your Mongo database from Pipedream, please make sure your database is accessible from the public internet. You may need to add a firewall rule allowing connections from 0.0.0.0/0.

Then, enter the details of your Mongo host / database below.

Version:0.3.2
Key:aws-s3-upload-file

AWS Overview

The AWS API unlocks endless possibilities for automation with Pipedream. With this powerful combo, you can manage your AWS services and resources, automate deployment workflows, process data, and react to events across your AWS infrastructure. Pipedream offers a serverless platform for creating workflows triggered by various events that can execute AWS SDK functions, making it an efficient tool to integrate, automate, and orchestrate tasks across AWS services and other apps.

Action Code

import common from "../../common/common-s3.mjs";
import { toSingleLineString } from "../../common/utils.mjs";

    });
    $.export("$summary", `Uploaded file ${this.filename} to S3`);
    return response;
  },
};

The name of the S3 key with extension you'd like to upload this file to

Base64-encoded Datadatastring

A string of base64-encoded data, or a variable reference to that string

Action Authentication

AWS uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your AWS account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to AWS APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Follow the AWS Instructions for creating an IAM user with an associated access and secret key.

As a best practice, attach the minimum set of IAM permissions necessary to perform the specific task in Pipedream. If your workflow only needs to perform a single API call, you should create a user and associate an IAM group / policy with permission to do only that task. You can create as many linked AWS accounts in Pipedream as you'd like.

Enter your access and secret key below.
