Jotform uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Jotform account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Jotform APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Get your API key in your Jotform Settings. The API key must grant Pipedream Full Permissions. Pipedream requires this level of access to automatically register webhooks for your selected forms so you can use Jotform as a source.

For the region field, enter api if none of the below apply.

  • If "Europe Datacenter" is selected in the "Data" section of your Jotform account: eu-api
  • If your account is HIPAA compliant, enter hipaa-api
  • If you have an Enterprise account, enter the subdomain (if your Jotform URL is https://acmecompany.jotform.com, your subdomain is acmecompany)
