Trigger

Description:Emit new event when a booking ends.
Version:0.0.1
Key:cal_com-booking-ended

Cal.com Overview

The Cal.com API on Pipedream lets you seamlessly integrate your scheduling infrastructure with other services to automate appointment setting, calendar syncing, and notifications. Using Pipedream, you can craft workflows that trigger on new event bookings, cancellations, or reschedules, and connect these events to countless apps to streamline business processes, enhance customer engagement, and maintain organized schedules.

Trigger Code

import common from "../common/common.mjs";

export default {
  ...common,
  key: "cal_com-booking-ended",
  name: "Booking Ended",
  description: "Emit new event when a booking ends.",
  version: "0.0.1",
  type: "source",
  dedupe: "unique",
  methods: {
    ...common.methods,
    async emitHistoricalEvents(bookings) {
      const filteredBookings = bookings?.length > 0
        ? bookings.filter((booking) => Date.parse(booking.endTime) < Date.now())
        : [];
      for (const booking of filteredBookings.slice(-25)) {
        const meta = this.generateMeta(booking, Date.parse(booking.endTime));
        this.$emit(booking, meta);
      }
    },

To retrieve your API key:

  • Navigate to your Cal.com account and sign in
  • Go to “Settings” > “Security” > “API Keys”

For domain, use either:

  • api.cal.com for hosted Cal.com or
  • yourdomain.com for self-hosted Cal.com
