Trigger Configuration#

Trigger Authentication#

Discord uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Discord account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Discord and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Discord API.

Pipedream requests the following authorization scopes when you connect your account:

Action Authentication#

Hippo Video uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Hippo Video account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Hippo Video APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Hippo Video requires their users enter their email in order to connect to their API. For more info, refer to Hippo Video’s documentation.
