Getting Started

This integration creates a workflow with a Telegram Bot trigger and Twitch action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

New Bot Command Received (Instant) Overview

Telegram Bots can respond to Slash commands. For instance, you can add a /hi or /help command to your Telegram bot to help users learn how to use your bot.

Trigger Authentication

Telegram Bot uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Telegram Bot account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Telegram Bot APIs in both code and no-code steps.

To use the Telegram Bot API, you must first create a new bot by chatting with the BotFather.

Action Authentication

Twitch uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Twitch account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Twitch and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Twitch API.
