Connect a user's Zendesk account once, then configure and run Create Side Conversation from your backend or agent.

JSON array of participant objects. Use [{"email":"person@example.com","name":"Person"}] for an external email recipient, [{"user_id":123}] for an existing Zendesk agent (the agent's numeric user ID, found in Zendesk under Admin Center > People > Team members), [{"slack_workspace_id":"T123","slack_channel_id":"C456"}] for Slack (both IDs come from your Zendesk Slack integration settings), [{"support_group_id":123,"support_agent_id":456}] for a child ticket (support_agent_id is optional), or [{"msteams_channel_id":"19:channel-id"}] for Microsoft Teams (the channel ID from your Zendesk Microsoft Teams integration settings). Do not mix participant types in the same array.

For Enterprise Zendesk accounts: optionally specify the subdomain to use. This will override the subdomain that was provided when connecting your Zendesk account to Pipedream. For example, if you Zendesk URL is https://examplehelp.zendesk.com, your subdomain is examplehelp
