Trigger Authentication

MongoDB uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your MongoDB account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to MongoDB APIs in both code and no-code steps.

Before you connect to your Mongo database from Pipedream, please make sure your database is accessible from the public internet. You may need to add a firewall rule allowing connections from 0.0.0.0/0.

Action Authentication

Microsoft Entra ID uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Microsoft Entra ID account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Microsoft Entra ID and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Microsoft Entra ID API.

Pipedream requests the following authorization scopes when you connect your account:
