You need access to custom connectors in Claude. Your organization’s owner may need to add Conduit first.
  1. Open Conduit and copy your server URL from Home.
  2. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. If Conduit is already listed, connect it. Otherwise, select + → Add custom connector.
  3. Enter the name Conduit and paste your server URL.
  4. Add the connector and sign in to Conduit when prompted.
  5. In a conversation, open + → Connectors and enable Conduit.
Enable an app on Conduit’s Connectors page, then ask Claude to use it. You should see a tool call and a result. If adding a connector isn’t available, contact your company admin. Claude’s connector guide explains account and organization requirements. Get help
