Open Home to see the apps and tools available to you. Your toolkit, on the left, lists the connectors you’ve added and how many of their tools are on. The catalog on the right lists the rest.

Enable a connector

  1. Search for the app or tool you need. The search covers your toolkit and the catalog, and the category menu next to it narrows the catalog.
  2. Select + on the connector in the catalog, or open it and select Add. It moves to your toolkit with all of its tools on.
  3. Select Connect account if prompted and follow the sign-in steps.
  4. Turn off the tools you don’t want your assistant to use.
Some connectors use an account your admin has already connected. Others ask you to sign in with your own account or enter connection details. A connector that’s waiting for your account is listed first in your toolkit, with a warning. Select a connector in your toolkit to change its tools. Then ask your assistant to use the app; if the tools don’t appear, start a new conversation. To stop your assistant using a connector, open it in your toolkit and select Remove; it goes back to the catalog. Removing it doesn’t disconnect its account; manage accounts on Accounts.

Connectors your workspace doesn’t offer

Apps under Not offered in your workspace yet need your admins’ approval. Open one to see its tools, and select Request to learn how to ask for it. Request a connector

For workspace admins

Controls only workspace admins see are marked with a shield: Allow on an app the workspace doesn’t offer, and Edit beside Allowed for on an open connector, which lists every grant. Both grant the connector to everyone, a group, or a member (yourself, to try it), with the tools you choose. The catalog groups connectors by who has them. Manage your accounts · Get help
