Trustpilot (Customer) TRIGGER

New Updated Conversations

Emit new event when an existing conversation is updated with new messages on Trustpilot. This source periodically polls the Trustpilot API to detect conversations that have received new messages. Each event contains updated conversation details including participants, subject, message count, and latest update timestamp. Useful for tracking ongoing customer interactions, ensuring timely responses to follow-up messages, and maintaining conversation continuity.

IMPLEMENTATION

Deploy this event source

Connect the user's Trustpilot (Customer) account, configure the source, and choose the webhook where your backend receives events.

import { PipedreamClient } from "@pipedream/sdk"

const pd = new PipedreamClient({
  projectId: process.env.PIPEDREAM_PROJECT_ID!,
  clientId: process.env.PIPEDREAM_CLIENT_ID!,
  clientSecret: process.env.PIPEDREAM_CLIENT_SECRET!,
  projectEnvironment: "production",
})

const deployed = await pd.triggers.deploy({
  id: "trustpilot-updated-conversations",
  externalUserId: "{external_user_id}", // any stable ID for this user in your system
  configuredProps: {
    trustpilot: { authProvisionId: "apn_xxxxxxx" },
    timer: { "intervalSeconds": 900 },
    businessUnitId: "Business Unit ID",
  },
  webhookUrl: "https://example.com/webhooks/trustpilot",
})

console.log(deployed.id)

MCP exposes on-demand actions. Event sources are deployed through the Connect SDK or API because they continue listening after the initial request.
