Display name (required by API; max 50 characters). Examples: Warranty, VIP, Take Payment Facilities.

Badge image / file_name. Search loads assets; value uses asset code when present, else name. Paste a custom value if needed.

Form UUID (regarding_form_uuid). For form badges; pick from list forms (requires read_forms) or paste a UUID.
