Google Tasks ACTION
Search Tasks
Searches tasks across all task lists using a keyword, due date, or both - at least one of Keyword or Due Date must be provided. Keyword matches against both the task title and notes. Completed and deleted tasks are excluded unless Show Completed / Show Deleted are set. Use this action to find tasks that match specific criteria without modifying them. To create, update, complete, or move tasks, use the Create Task, Update Task, Complete Task, or Move Task actions. See the documentation

Inputs
Pipedream supplies the connected account. Your application provides the operation-specific values below. Dynamic inputs are resolved against that user's account.
| Property | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
keyword Keyword | string | Searches task titles and notes for the specified keyword. Optional |
due Due | string | Due date of the task (as a RFC 3339 timestamp, for example 2026-07-26T00:00:00Z). Optional. The due date only records date information; the time portion of the timestamp is discarded when setting the due date. It isn't possible to read or write the time that a task is due via the API. Optional |
maxResults Max Results | integer | Maximum number of registers to be fetched. Required |
showCompleted Show Completed | boolean | Whether completed tasks are returned in the result. Optional |
showDeleted Show Deleted | boolean | Whether deleted tasks are returned in the result. Optional |
