Hello Team,
I’m having trouble with my Pipedream workflow. The first step, which involves event triggering, is not functioning as expected. Here are the details:
Workflow Steps: The initial event triggering step isn’t working, but all subsequent steps execute correctly when triggered manually.
Configuration: I have completed the configuration from the facebook meta, and everything seems correct.
Callback URL: For my WhatsApp workflow, there’s no mention of a callback URL, unlike the Gmail integration, which includes a callback URL. Is the absence of a callback URL in the WhatsApp workflow causing the issue? Should I add a callback URL in the facebook for it to work?
Could you please help me understand why the first step is not triggering and if a callback URL is required in this case if yes then where i got callback url?
Hey , on Pipedream source description, it stated that
A Webhook subscribed to field “messages” must be set up from the App Dashboard of your Facebook Developer Account. See documentation for more information about Webhook setup.
Would you mind checking the document to setup there?
one thing more, can i restrict only occured event if some one sends message in mentioned account?
Note: Currently, it occured event in both cases, when i send a message in this number and when message sent from this number
Causes
Since i am using AI, to sent message based on enduser/customer question, so it causes loop/recursion and i want to restrict this, Can you help me in this regard.
Can you describe how the credit cost per user is calculated? If a workflow has “n” number of steps, what is the exact number of credits consumed when it runs for a user? Is the credit cost dependent on the number of steps?
