Can you elaborate?
We are trying to run a test, part of the test is connecting to the google admin account. We are getting the error that the app is blocked, and we have added the client ID, scopes, and added to the dwd. nothing is working
what app are you trying to access? is it Google Workspace Admin app?
yes
Are we supposed to connect through pipedream or google cloud console?
So you’re configuring with your own OAuth client?
is that the best way to do it
I’m confused — you mentioned you configured your own OAuth client? Where did you do that? You said you entered the client ID and scopes somewhere?
for context, I tried connecting a Google Workspace Admin in my Pipedream’s connected accoutns and it worked. It shows enabled for Connect proxy.
we had it set in there, but we removed it because the client id from the consent screen was diff than the client id that generated from gpc
so we removed it because we weren’t sure if that was causing the conflict
Oh, I can repro. We’ll take a look (cc )
Sounds good. Bug in code or where? Just for learning purposes…
Nothing on your end, this has to do with the app’s configuration / approval on our end with Google.
what are the next steps for us?
