Zoho Custom Module not triggering flow

Hi,

When a record in a custom module in Zoho is edited, it is not triggering the flow.
Standard modules are triggering flows but with custom modules it doesn’t seem to work. Any idea how to solve it?

May I ask what specific trigger you’re using? Is it Zoho CRM - New or Updated Module entry?

Per this Zoho doc here, it seems like that Custom Modules are not supported by Zoho CRM webhook, so what we can do is raise a request to Zoho.

The trigger is indeed Zoho CRM - [Updated Module Entry (Instant)]

If Custom Modules are not supported, could you please raise a request as suggested? Would be really helpful.
