Workflows endlessly testing

Wrokflows are endlessly running without anything happening, nothings been changed, all of a sudden it’s stuck.

It’s just a waste of time and money.

I’m a basic paid account user, what sort of support do I get, or do i get support at all?

Hi @we.care , from your screenshot it looks like building / testing a workflow, is that right? We don’t charge credits for workflow tests, so that shouldn’t be costing you money.

Could you try refreshing that page and try testing again? I’d like to see if that resolves it.

If not - is this happening for all steps or just one?

I’ve refreshed the page and tried testing, its the same thing.

However I tried replaying the job and that seems to work for now, but running a test somehow gets stuck.

Thanks. Could you try editing your workflow, delete that step, and re-add it? These changes won’t show up on the production version of the workflow until you click Deploy. I’d like to see if that fixes it.

I did that, it just gets stuck on testing endlessly. The problem is sometimes the workflow acts out of sync and posts some random result, so i have to manually run the post request to rectify it, and that needs to be done by testing, if the testing itself doesn’t work then the workflow comes to a grinding halt, which is where it is now.

Also it doesn’t matter which step I try all the steps get stuck.

It still doesn’t work, the testing goes on endlessly, is there anyway some one from support can have a look, otherwise there’s no point in continuing with a paid plan with pipedream.

It stuck loading and it’s pretty much impossible to edit my workflows.

Any luck with fixing this, cause testing still doesn’t work, it runs endlessly.

Just an update.

We were able to see the issue in real time, and it looks like it’s due to a payload in your workflow test events that is over 512 KB.

The UX isn’t showing an error message, but the testing of that step fails due to a payload that is too large to process.

We’re discussing a potential way to address these cases.

It;s been a while and nothing has changed, just opening a select event and it showing results is stuck endlessly. I’m fed up with this software.
