Hey I have a cron workflow that first got a timeout error and after I changed the timeout and memory in the settings it issued 404 error, I tried to do some changes and now the workflow is stuck on ‘Saving workflow’ - what can I do?
Hi @Buzzer-support , thanks for reaching out. Could you try two things?
- Log out of Pipedream and back in, then visit the workflow and see if that works.
- Hard refresh pipedream.com, then see if you’re still seeing the “Saving workflow” message.
If that doesn’t work, could you visit the workflow’s Settings and share the workflow with Pipedream Support? I’d like to take a look at the configuration and see if I can help observe what’s wrong.
Hey thank you for the answer - I tried both suggestions yet the workflow state is the same.
The workflow is now shared with Pipedream support
Hi @Buzzer-support thanks for sharing, I was able to open it.
It does appear to be frozen mid change deployment, do you mind if I delete this latest save so you can try again?
This would just delete v12 of your workflow, so you can reapply your change and try again.
@Buzzer-support good news, I was able to manually pause the deployment and retry. Then the deployment of your latest changes worked. You should be all set now.
Great, thank you!
