We may have had a service issue communicating with the “deduper”, which is responsible for storing the state of items processed so far. When this happens, it’s normally an issue with that data store. I’m checking with the team on that
ok - if i can do anything, let me know (may be a bit slow, dinner time around here)
It happened again.
dangit, and again. im killing the post part of the workflow. - any ideas whats going on?
We’ve still looking, will be in touch as soon as we have news on it!
Just corrected the issue. The data store (Redis) that processed deduped events filled up, and Redis starting evicting data. We’ve expanded that db and added better alerts for this case. Appreciate you letting us know!
ok - my workflow is still “on”, but i turned off the toot part. ill blog once or twice, see what it does, and then turn on that step when i feel its safe
