Is it possible to receive / send a workflow failure notification to slack? I’ve centralised all notifications to a single slack channel and would like to include Pipedream.

Yes you can, here’s a short video on how to make a single logging workflow that subscribes to the $errors channel:
You can tweak this approach to log to Slack instead.
