Will Your Pricing Continue to Increase in the Coming Months?

Hi, just want to give you some feedback, your last pricing change made it much higher then your previous one, not sure if it’s more affordable now and not sure if you decide to change the price again in the next few months so it will be even more expensive.

Hi Doron, thanks for the candid feedback, we always appreciate it.

Which part about the new pricing specifically makes Pipedream more expensive for you? Is it a specific feature that you need? Or based usage fees for upgraded memory?

For example, if I want to use the medium plan with a 50K creadits then it coss $250 + $74 base price and the previous pricing was $149.

Big difference

Got it, thanks for the details. One way to save $300 off of the base fee by switching to an annual subscription. That’ll knock down the pricing from $74 p/m down to $49 p/m.

Pricing plans are subject to change, we’re always refining.

Thanks but I’m a little bit afraid continuing build my automations on Pipedream. will try to sort something out

Again, always appreciate candid feedback. I’ve shared your concerns with the team.

Hi Doron,

Wanted to jump in and call a few important points out related to the new pricing & packaging.

Unlimited users: We wanted to better encourage collaborative use of Pipedream so customers no longer are required to pay additional license fees for users in an account.
Reduced platform fees: We received consistent feedback that customers wanted to upgrade, but the base cost was steep. Especially for folks who didn’t need the quantity of credits previously included for each tier.
Dynamic Usage Pricing: We wanted to ensure pricing accounted for varying volumes of usage without requiring up front contractual commitments. All usage automatically discounts based on your volume within the period. For customers with predictably high volume that want to optimize their usage costs, we are happy to discuss annual usage commitments at an additional discount.

And as Pierce mentioned, we are not requiring any existing customer to switch to the new subscription plans at this time.

Hi , if I change my plan to a higher one then I’ll lose the old price I pay for extra credits?

  • Correct. If you wish to upgrade plans you would need to move to the current pricing as part of that upgrade. We do not upgrade customers into legacy plans.
