Why was I charged £187 by Pipedream for a dormant account and how can I seek a refund and account deletion?

Hi there,

I’ve recently been charged £187 from Pipedream and I have no idea why. My account is dormant, I have no active workspaces and i haven’t used Pipedream in around a year.

When I log in to see what’s going on, all I get is this screen attached and no matter what I do, I can’t get past it:

I click on settings, support and on my account and it just keeps reloading this screen.

I’ve tried emailing the billing@email address and i got an autoresponder back saying ‘go to support’ in your account, but I can’t, which is why I emailed in the first place.

Please can you do two things seeing as though I can’t access anything on my account:

  1. Refund me this payment. You had no right to take it given that I have no workspaces and no usage on the platform.
  2. Delete my account.

Hi Kane, can you file a support ticket with us at Support - Pipedream and we’ll be able to get this sorted out for you.

As I mentioned in my post, the support page doesn’t open for me. When I open the page, it just reloads the page I attached
