I am trying to create a Support Ticket but the dashboard form seems to not work.

I submitted the form twice in the past 48 hours - both times an on-page popup said the submission was accepted but I have not received the usual automated response email to confirm this.

This morning I tried emailing support@pipedream.com directly and immediately got an automated response telling me to create a support request via the dashboard. Help please!
