Why is the Workflow Still Running Beyond the Maximum Timeout with Steps Not Executed?

Workflow is still running even though the elapsed time is already beyond the maximum timeout.
And the steps are not executed.

This is what I got when the execution stopped.
I don’t even know what does Timed out waiting for 930000 ms error mean.

Getting the same issue, happens seemingly randomly across a number of workflows. Internal Error, Timed out and 0 out of total steps executed.

Getting a similar error across a bunch of workflows that still seemingly execute, but have no insight into steps run/logs etc.

I’ll check in with the team to see if there are any insights regarding this issue!
