Hey there!
I have an issue with one of my WFs.
It appears that it’s giving me the 500 error on the certain step. However, if I run this step directly, or click “run now” on CRON trigger step, everything work just fine.
So that, I don’t think it’s Intercom API issue, but PD internal issue.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your workflow. However, as an AI, I don’t have the ability to directly access or troubleshoot individual workflows. In general, a 500 error could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a temporary server issue, a problem with the code in your workflow, or an issue with the data being processed. Since you mentioned that the workflow runs fine when you manually trigger it, it’s possible that the issue might be related to the data that’s being processed when the workflow is triggered automatically. Here are a few things you could try: 1. Check the logs for the workflow to see if there are any error messages or other information that might help identify the problem. 2. Try adding some error handling or logging to your code to help identify where the problem might be occurring. 3. If the workflow is processing data from an external source, check to see if there might be any issues with that data. If you’re still having trouble, I would recommend reaching out to Pipedream support for further assistance. You can contact them at https://pipedream.com/support.
