Why is the 'pause' function not stopping incoming webhook calls, leading to exceeded monthly quota?

Not sure whether would be a better place. I have a workflow that kills my monthly quota, so I decided to pause it and went on with my life. After 14 days I checked billing and saw that this workflows was still active and of course killed my quota again. it is paused in the UI. But it still receives incoming webhook calls. Now I have to delete this in order to not increase my monthly costs. I am really upset with this, since it did not what it implied or maybe I missed what the “pause” button is supposed to do?

Could you file a ticket at Support - Pipedream? Happy to look at it

Done. I hope you can. I already deleted the workflow in question, since I wanted to get rid of their calls. Maybe they are still visible on my invoice. However, I am certain, that this can be reproduced with another workflow

Thanks, I see the ticket — will get back to you there ASAP

It has all been resolved. Thanks
