Why is Shopify MCP Unable to Identify Location ID and Inventory Item ID When Updating Inventory?

Hey team, shopify MCP is not working correctly. I am trying to update the inventory but it is not able to figure out from where to get the location ID and the inventory item ID associated with the product

Also not able to connect to “Shopify OAuth”

Ah I know the issue with Shopify, that’s a config issue that we need to address – basically, you need to define the OAuth client to use for Shopify, since Pipedream doesn’t have one for that app specifically. Do you have an OAuth client ID and secret or an access token to pass? And are you running this for yourself or for your end users?

So I tried the other connector where you need to fill these details manually

so connection was done correctly but was not able to update the inventory of the product because it required some IDs which the agent was not able to figure out. It will be helpful if you can fix that

I am running all this for end customer

Also I need help in slack MCP also.
I want to invite a new user to slack which is not in my workspace. is it possible to add that tool?

Are you running the remote MCP server, or are you hosting it yourself?

remote MCP

we are on your plan and using everything remote. Earlier we were hosting

Oh, by the way I sent you an invite to a Slack Connect channel, so we can better support you, did you get that invite?

Can you please resend it

I tried to accept but not able to from what i remember

Do you have a paid Slack workspace on your end?

No

Can you maybe create a channel instead ?

I just invited you and Saksham
