I submitted my first two templates about 1.5 months ago and never heard anything or even saw any indication that a template was submitted after the the first message I got say your template was submitted. I waited like 10 days than sent an email and got confusing responses until they ghosted me. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I submitted a template. Whats is going on???!!! I than deleted my previous templates, created a new one and Im not getting a responses for this one either, im emailing everything I can find and even now posting on dicussion boards!

Hi Just to clarify, by template I mean a Pipedream workflow template I submitted for review, not a support ticket. The workflow is meant to be a reusable template that users can install and use to send inputs to my API and get back a ranked result. Also, the error you mentioned in the workflow has already been fixed on my side, so I’m mainly trying to understand the status of the template submission itself and whether there’s anything else holding it up. Could you let me know if the submission was received correctly, what stage it’s currently in, and whether you need anything else from me?
