Hi - I need some help with a client’s workflow. We’ve discovered that it’s not been running since Oct 16. The workflow ID is p_brCdWyb.

I see that the Source associated hasn’t received any events since Oct 16, but I’ve got no idea why, and there hasn’t been any notification from Pipedream to advise anything is wrong or broken?

We are using Shopify. I’ve just seen a message saying we’ve got to migrate to some other way of doing Shopify :

Is that a seamless migration / can you do it for us? Client is a bit annoyed that they never got an email from Pipedream about it!

Hi , the migration involves connecting new Shopify Developer account to Pipedream.

You can try to add another trigger to your workflow (image below), add the source you previously used from the Shopify app, and then follow the instructions to connect the Shopify Developer account

I’ve updated the Workflow to use the new Source. It seems to work, but I’ve noticed one of the steps (get_product_urls_and_images) shows this error. I can’t seem to amend the App field to select a different connection, but it still seems to work?
