Hi - I need some help with a client’s workflow. We’ve discovered that it’s not been running since Oct 16. The workflow ID is p_brCdWyb.
I see that the Source associated hasn’t received any events since Oct 16, but I’ve got no idea why, and there hasn’t been any notification from Pipedream to advise anything is wrong or broken?
Hi , the migration involves connecting new Shopify Developer account to Pipedream.
You can try to add another trigger to your workflow (image below), add the source you previously used from the Shopify app, and then follow the instructions to connect the Shopify Developer account
So will the data returned be the same format? Or do I have to effectively re-check the entire workflow?
I’ve also got a step (get_product_urls_and_images) which uses a Pipedream shopify action. Can I just connect the new Account (Shopify Developer App) to that and it’ll work the same?
HI , I understand your frustration. However, I received an email for my part on 26 September, which instruct me the next actions on my Shopify sources and actions.
I think maybe the email slipped out of your attention somehow
I’ve updated the Workflow to use the new Source. It seems to work, but I’ve noticed one of the steps (get_product_urls_and_images) shows this error. I can’t seem to amend the App field to select a different connection, but it still seems to work?
Ah, that’s a bit of a clunky edge case you’ve hit with how the app shows apps that are now hidden, including Shopify in this case. If it works that’s great, but that version of the Shopify app will likely stop working in the near term, and you’ll need to move over to the Shopify Developer App.
Why can’t I just select the new app I’ve set up?
Sorry, can you clarify? You should be able to add a new step and select the Shopify Developer App, then there should be that same action available for that app.
