Why Doesn't the New Builder Show the Code in the Right Panel When Editing Action Code from Custom Node in Inspector View?

Good day all I have encounter another bug in the new builder.

1. When from Inspector View, click on Edit.
2. Select one of the custom node (component), right click > Edit action code.
3. The panel on the right wont show the code.
4. Refresh the page, repeat no. 2.
5. Code now shows.
   See attached video for example of the bug which I can replicate consistently.
