Why doesn't the 'In Reply To' parameter work with the 'create_draft' action in the Gmail developer app, despite working with the 'send_email' action?

Gmail (developer app)’s create_draft action does not work when you try to use the In Reply To parameter. I’ve tried feeding it the message-id value as Pipedream suggests as well as threadId and other values. None of it works.

However, Gmail’s send_email action does work when the threadId value is fed in to the In Reply To parameter.
