Why Does the Loading Indicator Continue to Spin when Editing a Specific Workflow in Pipedream?

According to this issue: Slack (if/else workflows get mixed up) - I have now another problem with the workflow. When I try to edit the workflow, the loading indicator keeps spinning, but the editor won’t open up. The other workflows can be edited. Any ideas?

Hi , your workflow seems to have undeployed changes. Is the Update File step present in the deployed version?

It is not part of the actual deployed workflow, but of the deployment before

Got it, can you share the workflow URL you see in your browser tab? Love to take a look at it

Sure, here is the workflow: Sign Up - Pipedream v222 was the revision with the problem, I redeployed now an older version. You see in the log the failed run “nonviolent communication”.

The other workflow is Sign Up - Pipedream
here is the problem vice versa: It ran today at 2:55 pm but triggerd steps from the first workflow (see screenshot). And this steps are really executed (the gdrive folder was created)

I think I know what it is. Do you have another workflow that is calling your Google Drive Folder - Rename workflow using $.flow.trigger ?

No, this workflow is just triggerd by the changed Notion pages

Hmm okay

I see you created a new workflow, did it run normally as expected?

Yes it looks ok with the new created workflows. One thing, what maybe could cause the problem: I created the first “rename” workflow by copying the finished “create” workflow, maybe there was some glitch?

Oh so you made a copy of an existing workflow and then edited it? Interesting

Yes (as I can remember…)

OK so it might have gotten the previous workflow’s if/else deployment segment and not refreshed as quickly as you wanted to. Let us know if you run into this issue again
