some of our users see this message when calling tools via MCP server: The user MUST be shown the following URL so they can click on it to connect their account and you MUST NOT modify the URL or it will break: https://pipedream.com/_static/connect.html?token=ctok_xxxxxxxxx&connectLink=true&app=gmail

We were not able to reproduce it. When does this happen? Ideally we want user to authenticate only once and that’s it. Does this mean that they’d need to re-auth on a regular basis?
