Why Didn't the 'Merge to Production' Button Work in Pipedream Editor?

Just encountered an issue trying to merge a workflow change to production through the pipedream editor. Using the ‘Merge to Production’ button showed no changes but I was able to commit to my development branch and then had to create a pull request and approve it manually for the changes to make it into the production branch. The changes were able to auto merge so I am not sure why the ‘Merge to Production’ button didn’t do anything

There were also some errors in the changelog that I was about to screenshot and send here but it looks like they have been wiped from the changelog now?
