Why Can't We Access the Dashboard and Reactivate our 'Active but Cancelled' Subscription to Debug a Non-Working Gong Integration?

Heya! I highly suspect that my team is stuck in an ‘active but cancelled’ subscription state and this does not let use use the dashboard. All the information is missing, although we’re able to use the keys/app successfully.
We’re happy to reactivate the subscription as well but there’s no option like that either and billing support is not responsive.

This is important to us because we’re trying to debug why a Gong integration connection for one customer is not working but the event history is just blank. Would really appreciate timely help :pray:
