Why Can't I Scroll Down to the Last Step in My Workflow Editor?

hi Folks,

Today when i entered my workflow editor, i realized i can not scroll it down to the last step (i am not even entering step’s editor, just a workflow view), so i can only play with what i see on the first view.

does anyone experience ? how can i fix that?
