Why Are Users Experiencing Errors with Slack Connection in Pipedream?

Hey Pipedream team :wave: Our users started getting these errors today. Happens only with Slack connection (works ok with Gmail for example).

Hi Could you please provide more details about the issue? I ran a test here and the connection worked normally on my side.

i’ve tried in development mode

no logs are printed on browser console

one detail may be relevant

the very first workspace i see on Slack after clicking conect

is Pipedream, in which i dont have permissions to install Pipedream connect

could that be causing issue?

Are you trying to make this connection using the original account that is an admin and has the necessary access?

Have you tried logging in and attempting this connection in an incognito/private browser window? It could potentially be a cache-related issue.

for comparison

if i try gmail it works as expected

but for slack it immediately fails with error message
Connection failed. Please retry ...
