Why are Requests to Pipedream Failing and Events not Visible after a Minor Code Change and Redeployment?

Requests to pipedream are failing with timeout, I am also not able to see these events on Pipedream. This started happening after I made a minor change in pipedream code and redeployed.

Few extra info

  1. Even before deploying the testing steps were running very very slow… kind of 30 second slow
  2. Even if there is some issue in code after making and change and deploying, I should see them at least at webhook level
    Is there still some residual issues which I should be aware of or Is it something specific to my project?

Seems to be working intermittently. Was down for few minutes atfer deployment.
