Hi everyone, I have some trouble receiving events for my custom Zoom account. We’re using Meeting Ended and Webinar Ended triggers (for Zoom Admin). When I am using my own account everything works fine, I get the events when meeting/webinar is ended, but when someone with different account tries to do exact same thing, he can get through OAuth process successfully, but no matter the trigger he can’t see any events coming
I do have both account ids I can share them via DM.
Working account is based in Poland, EU and the one that has trouble receiving events is based in the US for more context, but I tested EU based account with VPN in US and it worked just fine.
Has anyone experienced similar thing?
I mean I am connecting to PD via my custom OAuth app, so there should be the same scopes granted
What kind of permissions specifically are you talking about? Is there something in settings?
From my understanding,
• You have 2 Zoom accounts, 1 of yours and 1 of your teammate
• Your Zoom account see events normally when connected to Pipedream
• Your teammate Zoom account does NOT see any event when connected to Pipedream
Am I understand correctly?
Hey , I think you can check the source log on Pipedream UI if it is available.
Or else I think it’s mainly Zoom that decide to returns data to Pipedream or not. I think Zoom would best to know why they are not returning data for your teammate account given the same scopes that you have
