Why am I Getting an Error When Trying to Create a Source for a Second Location in Google My Business App?

Hey, I just created a new workflow using “Google My Business” App, so the first one I created is working fine for one location. So, now I trying to create the source for a second location, I’m getting the attached error. Any idea ?

Interesting that the same source worked fine the first time — can you try recreating it?

I’ve tried that already. Got the same error :disappointed:

have you run into this?

I have not seen this before. I will take a look, but in the meantime, Henry can you please file a bug report here https://pipedream.com/support so that we can track the issue?

I’m not seeing an option for that on that support page. may it be due my current plan (basic) ?

Sorry Henry - the form hasn’t been ported over yet. If you can file a bug report here, we will take a look.

submitted

Hi , I’m not able to reproduce on my account. Does this error happen consistently? If you try to recreate the second trigger, do you hit this same error each time?

Yes . I tried in 2 ways, 1 . create a new trigger on the same workflow with the source that is working and also I tried creating a new workflow.

Can you enable sharing with Pipedream support so that I can take a look at your workflow? If your workflow isn’t in a project, under workflow settings → “Support”. If this workflow is in a project, then can you enable it at the Project-level setting?

I’ve shared the project

  • can you confirm that the location you are having issues with is Verified? Reading the documentation…

“This operation is only valid if the specified location is verified.”

yes, the account has 3 location, 2 of them are verified.

I have a feeling that this is not working with the Unverified location, per the documentation. Can you confirm that you can set up triggers for two of the locations, but not the third?

Given that one is unverified - this call is not supported for unverified locations

if 2 out of 3 work, then this is expected

nope, only one works
