Hi all! I have an issue with my workflow. I have a zoom admin trigger for new videos, then I have a “validate webhook” step, and finally upload to Google Drive. everything worked until this morning, then I upgraded from Free to Basic, and now the I get the The workflow trigger is not compatible with $.respond(). error in the “validate webhook” step. Did anyone have this happen to them?
That doesn’t have anything to do with the plan you’re on, that just has to do with the trigger you’re using. Most 3rd party APIs (Zoom included) require that we respond with a 200 ok response to their inbound webhook events, which means you aren’t able to issue a custom response from the workflow, which is what that validate webhook action does.
Can you describe your use case with that action? What are you validating?
Ahhhhhh, ok! Because on Zoom side they were saying that the webhook needs to be validated etc so I inserted it - and the funny thing is that it worked until this morning!
