Hello! I have this error in a jira step to create an issue after entering all the required fields, it seems like an api connection issue instead of a configuration one

I just set the required fields for the step an I got that error

Can you shared a screenshot of the action’s configuration? I just tested the action and got it to work for me.

Thanks for the additional info. I’m not sure why you’re hitting that error, but it appears to be related to the authorization implementation for one of the endpoints we use during the action’s configuration.
