Why am I Being Billed for Extra User on Pipedream When I Only Have One?

Hi Pipedream admin - I have a billing issue and have submitted a ticket but no response yet. I’m about to be billed for a plan and 2 users (an extra $180) when I only have 1 user and the system even states I have 1 users. PLEASE review your tickets before I’m billed.

Hi , thanks for flagging. This is fixed now — your users count is updated to 1, you should not be charged extra in at the end of this month. This is related to the thread we spoke back in March.

Just to clarify, the moment you remove the extra user we automatically issue a pro-rated credit balance to your account for the remaining unused time. We understand that annual users might not want to keep that credit balance until the next year, so we offer to refund that amount.
