Who Do I Contact to Adjust Credit Limit Settings in Pipedream's Advanced Plan for our Production Apps?

This topic was automatically generated from Slack. You can find the original thread here.

we had Advanced plan of pipedream and recently we have released different apps which depends on several workflows. We ddon’t want any credit limit exceeded error if it exceeds it should be added to the next cycle as these apps are in production. whom should i reach out to make this change

You should visit https://pipedream.com/pricing for the latest pricing, but I’ll do my best to answer. If you’re on the Advanced plan and are concerned about exceeding your credit limit, you should consider configuring Credit Budgets to avoid interruptions due to credit limits being reached. Credit Budgets are configurable limits on your credit usage at the account or workspace level. However, if you need to make changes to how credits are handled once exceeded, or if you want them to roll over to the next cycle, this isn’t a standard feature and would require discussing custom arrangements with Pipedream. For this specific request, you should reach out to Pipedream directly through their support. You can contact them at https://pipedream.com/support to discuss your needs and any possible solutions or custom plans that can accommodate your production apps without hitting credit limits.

are you sure there is a credit limit for paid plans?

Based on the information provided in the Pipedream documentation, there is no daily credit limit for paid Pipedream plans. Here is the relevant excerpt from the documentation: > Free Pipedream accounts are limited to {{$site.themeConfig.DAILY_CREDITS_LIMIT}} credits per day. Paid plans do not have a daily credit limit. For more detailed information on the limits of paid plans, you can visit Pipedream’s Limits documentation.
